I've had my cat spayed and given vaccines here, the in person work is quick and professional. But their calling system is horrid, they should hire more receptionists because why is it taking me 35 calls in a day to get an answer back? I would be fine waiting on a list to be gotten back to, but their system doesn't have this. Instead after about 30 seconds it'll kick you out and tell you to leave a message. Maybe I'd leave one if I had the confidence in them actually getting back to me. Holy hell.

Thought it was great experience. Ended up ruining my $3,000 XL Bully ears. One ear is much larger than the other. It’s blatantly obvious and she looks very off. The posting they provided did not stay and did not allow me to watch the posting so I could do it at home. I was due to give birth within the month and it was a 2 hour drive to get there. Kept having to go back and pay for her ears to be posted. Therefore, her ears were not able to be posted so they now cave inwards. My dogs ears destroyed her look completely and she looks botched. Sent home with very little information regarding the crop. Too much anxiety. Friendly staff but poor ear cropping especially on a dog I paid $3,000 for.

Dr. Brito and her staff are always friendly, compassionate and professional. I've been going to Village Vet for over 10 years and my pets have always received the best of care! They all truly care about the well being of the animals.
